Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts to the International Journal of Engineering and Technology Research & Development (IJETRD). Each submission will undergo an initial review by an editor to ensure it aligns with the journal’s aims and scope. Submissions that meet these criteria will proceed to a rigorous peer-review process for further consideration.

Before submission, authors must ensure they have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any materials included in their work, such as images, documents, and datasets. Additionally, all listed authors must provide consent for their inclusion, and, where applicable, research must have received ethical approval from a recognized committee.

Submissions may be rejected during the initial desk review if they do not meet the journal’s minimum quality standards. To avoid this, authors should ensure their research design and arguments are well-structured and clearly articulated. Titles should be concise and descriptive, while abstracts should provide a clear and standalone summary to increase the likelihood of attracting reviewers for the manuscript.

Author Guidelines

Manuscript Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere. Manuscripts should be written in English and follow the journal's prescribed format.

  1. File Format: Submit manuscripts in MS Word or PDF format.
  2. Structure: Manuscripts should include:
    • Title Page: Title, author(s) names, affiliations, and contact details.
    • Abstract: A concise summary of the research (150–250 words).
    • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords.
    • Main Content: Introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusion.
    • References: Follow the journal's citation style.
  3. Length: Articles should be between 4,000 to 8,000 words, including references and appendices.

Ethical Considerations

  • All submissions must comply with ethical research standards.
  • Authors must ensure originality and avoid plagiarism.
  • Proper acknowledgment of sources and co-authors is mandatory.
